Our story began in 2018, with a simple idea — to bring together all essential engineering and design services under one roof, making the construction process easier and more transparent for our clients in Estonia.

From the start, we focused on quality, clear communication, and client convenience. We began with small private projects and quickly built a reputation as a reliable partner in the field of engineering and planning.

Key milestones:

2018

Company founded. First projects in general planning and architectural design.

2019

Expanded into structural design and technical systems: water, sewage, heating, and ventilation.

2020

Gained access to the State Building Register of Estonia (EHR) and began managing full construction permit applications.

2021

Launched interior design services as a natural extension of architectural work.

2022

Introduced energy performance certification and integrated BIM tools into project workflows.

2025

Grew our team, took on larger projects, and streamlined all services into a fully coordinated process.

Today, we offer a complete range of engineering and design services — from topographic surveys and site planning to full technical documentation and submission to the EHR for construction permits. Our services include architecture, structural engineering, HVAC, water and sewage systems, electrical design, interior design, and energy certification.
